Biography
Mr. Mark Angelo Pado, graduated from Bicol University of degrees Doctor of Medicine and Masters in Public Administration from 2015 to 2020. He is currently a 3rd year Internal Medicine resident in Bicol Medical Center, Philippines. His interest is primarily on health risk assessment and prevention in the community.
