Sir Ruggero M. Santilli obtained his Ph. D. in theoretical physics at the University of Torino, Italy in 1965; he then emigrated to the U.S.A. in 1967 where he was on the faculty of the University of Miami, Boston University, MIT, and Harvard University under financial support from NASA, UFOSR and DOE. In 1991 he accepted the position of President and Professor at the Institute for Basic Research in Florida. He is the author of 345 papers published in refereed journals and twenty post Ph. D monographs in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology; he is the Editor of a number of scientific journals in mathematics and physics and was awarded twelve U. S. patents. He is internationally known for developing new mathematics (known as Lie-admissible, Lie-isotopic and isodual mathematics) for the construction of hadronic mechanics, chemistry and biology, and for the verification of 1935. Dr. Chaoqun Liu received both BS (1968) and MS (1981) from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, and Ph. D. (1989) from the University of Colorado at Denver, USA. He is currently the Tenured and Distinguished Professor and the Director of Center for Numerical Simulation and Modeling at University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, Texas, USA. He has worked on high order direct numerical simulation (DNS) and large eddy simulation (LES) for flow transition and turbulence for over 30 years since 1990. As PI, he has been awarded by NASA, US Air Force and US Navy with 51 federal research grants of over 5.95 million US dollars in the United States. He was Chairman of the First and Third AFOSR International Conference on DNS/LES in 1997 and 2001. He has published 14 professional books, 129 journal papers and 152 conference papers. He is the founder and major contributor of Liutex and the third generation of vortex definition and identification methods including the Omega, Liutex/Rortex, Modified Liutex-Omega, Liutex-Core-Line methods, RS vorticity decomposition and UTA R-NR velocity gradient tensor decomposition. He is also the founder of the new fluid kinematics which is the foundation for new fluid dynamics.

Professor Williams is the Distinguished Emeritus Professor of Engineering Physics and Combustion in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. Born in 1934 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University in 1955 and a Ph D in Engineering Sciences from California Institute of Technology in 1958. He then taught in the Division of Engineering and Applied Physics at Harvard University until 1964, at which time he joined the faculty of the University of California, San Diego. In January of 1981 Professor Williams accepted the Robert H. Goddard Chair in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University, where he remained until 1988, when he returned to the University of California, San Diego to become the Director of the Center for Energy and Combustion Research. He served there as Chair of the Department of Applied Mechanics and Engineering Sciences from 1995 to 1999 and as Director of the Center for Energy Research until 2006. Beginning in 1997 he accepted an Adjunct Professorship in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Yale University for one month each year for a period of ten years. He held the Presidential Chair in Energy and Combustion Research from the University of California until 2015, in which year he became a Distinguished Emeritus Professor, recalled for research. His field of specialization is combustion, concerning which he has written more than 450 research articles, mostly advancing the mathematical theory of the subject. His book, Combustion Theory, first published in1965, with a greatly expanded second edition in 1985, is a respected treatise on the subject.

Dr. Phil Ligrani is currently the Eminent Scholar in Propulsion, and Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in the College of Engineering at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Dr Kazuo Matsuura is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Ehime University, Matsuyama, Japan. Dr. Li Xi is an associate professor of chemical engineering at McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada). He received his Ph.D. from University of Wisconsin-Madison on the nonlinear dynamics and flow instabilities of viscoelastic fluids. He then conducted postdoctoral research at MIT focusing polymer materials modeling and its application in pharmaceutical manufacturing. At McMaster, he leads a multidisciplinary research team covering topics in fluid flows, polymer dynamics and rheology, and advanced manufacturing. His interest in fluid mechanics mainly focuses on the dynamics of wall-bounded turbulence and turbulent drag reduction by polymer additives, using direct numerical simulation as the primary tool. More recently, his group ventured into turbulent vortex analysis by developing a method called vortex axis tracking by iterative propagation (VATIP), which extracts the axes of rotation of all vortices in a turbulent flow field. The ultimate goal is to provide a toolkit for the high-throughput, quantitative, and objective study of vortex dynamics in turbulent flows.

Dr. Hiremath currently serves as Vice President of SC Solutions, a premier engineering consulting company based in Silicon Valley, California. Mingming Guo is a Ph.D. from Southwest University of Science and Technology. His research interest covers artificial intelligence algorithms in scramjet and aero-engine design and control. Dr. Zhaolin Chen obtained both his MEng(Aerospace Engineering) in 2009 and his Ph.D(Aerodynamics) in 2014 from the University of Sheffield, UK. He started his carrier working as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Sheffield after his Pd.D under Professor Ning Qin. He conducted research in the areas of low Reynolds number aerodynamics, investigating the dynamic structure evolution of a laminar separation bubble associated with aerodynamic characteristics at low Reynolds number. Dr. Zhaolin Chen joined in the department of aircraft design of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2019. He is widely interested in the low Reynolds number aerodynamics, airfoil design, conceptual flying vehicle design, etc.

Dr. Okubo received his PhD in Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan in 2015 and has since been engaged in research on additive manufacturing at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute. He has recently focused on the application of lattice structures for shock absorbers for landing legs of space probes, and has published papers in journals such as Additive Manufacturing.

Pr. Yann Landon is Full-Professor at the University Toulouse 3 Paul Sabatier, France. He carries out his research work at the Institute Clement Ader, UMR CNRS 5312, Toulouse, France. His research interests focus mainly on the characterization, the modelling and the optimization of machining processes, especially for aeronautical parts, in collaboration with academic and/or industrial partners. A large part of his work is applied on the drilling of multi-material stacks for structural assembly of aeronautical structures, including machine control, cutting tools, and operating conditions for an efficient process. A wide range of processes (Axial drilling, Vibration-assisted drilling, Orbital drilling) and materials (Aluminium alloys, Composites laminates, Titanium alloys) are considered. Besides the understanding of cutting mechanisms, this work also led to important results about the impact of the machining process on the surface integrity of the machined part and on its in service life expectancy. His activity also includes recently the development of techniques for Smart machining. On this topic, he actually leads an important research project focused on the development of relevant Smart drilling techniques, considering both their performance and their implementation in the social organization of a company (Project SHAIR funded by the French national research agency ANR - no. ANR-22-CE10-0009-01).

Dr. Detlef Hoyer (64) lives in Hamburg, Germany. He studied Physics earning a degree in magnetism and low-temperature physics in 1986. Afterwards he made his doctorate in theoretical electrical engineering at TU Hamburg Harburg 1992. In 1999 he published a paper on embedding Maxwell's Equations of vacuum and Minkowski space in a 5D Riemannian Space. 2017 he began working on solutions of Einstein's Equation in 5D for electrical monopoles and dipoles in 5D Kaluza Theory.

Liqiu Wei is a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology(China) since 2017. He received his Ph.D. in Power machinery and engineering in 2009. His main research interests include plasma discharge application, space propulsion, low-pressure gas discharge and vacuum system technology. Zuzanna Kunicka-Kowalska A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology. In 2021, she obtained a doctorate with honors in mechanical engineering at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. Her research interests include the mechanics of insect flight. She has successfully completed many research projects in this subject area. In connection with research on flight mechanics and related topics, articles, chapters in monographs and a full monograph, of which she is the author, have been published. She has also received several awards related to scientific technical activity. She is currently a lecturer at the Mechatronics Department of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, where he conducts research on the significance of details in the flight of insects.

GHULAM E MUSTAFA ABRO was born in Rahwat Khan Abro Village, Sindh Pakistan in 1992. He earned his B.S. and M.S. in Electronic Engineering from Hamdard University and Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology in Karachi, Pakistan respectively in 2015 and 2019. Mr. Abro is associated as an International Collaborator with the National Centre for Robotics and Automation (NCRA) funded project by the Science & Technology Ministry, Government of Pakistan. Moreover, he is also executing research work within collaboration with the Science Technology Research Institute of Defense Engineering (STRIDE), Ministry of Defense, Government of Malaysia. He worked as a laboratory engineer in the department of electronic engineering at Hamdard University, Karachi, Pakistan, from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, he was promoted to lecturer in the same department. He began his doctoral studies at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia, in 2020, and was immediately promoted to a funded project as a Graduate Research Assistant for Centre for Automotive Research and Electric Mobility (CAREM) governed by Institute of Transportation and Infrastructure, UTP Malaysia. Dr. Cedric Cochrane, ENSAIT Cedric Cochrane is an associate professor at the Textile Engineering School (master 2) ENSAIT (University of Lille, France). He received the associate professor accreditation in Automatic of the Lille University in 2018. His recent research activities concerns the design of mechanical sensors and electrodes, design of actuators (colour change or light-emitting textile structure) and energy harvesting textile. His research is also focused on the reliability of the system (washability for instance) and especially interconnection. On topics related to aeronautics and strain measurements, his research focuses on i) the realization of sensor yarn for composite structures for the measurement of core deformations of yarn during mechanical stress. The goal is to understand in a laboratory context, the dynamics of deformations at the scale of the yarn (during impacts for example), the influence of the structure (architecture) and the placement of the yarn etc. and ii) the realization of piezoresistive sensors to estimate the deformations of parachute canopies during the opening. For all developments, the emphasis is on the fineness of the sensors (ability of the sensors not to modify the measurement, and the support, by their presence).
