Prof. Claude Phipps earned B.S. and M.S. degrees at MIT, and a Ph.D. in plasma physics at Stanford in 1972, completing the first laser-plasma interaction experiment there, using laser Thomson scattering to measure electron and ion velocity distributions. He worked in the Livermore ICF program and the Los Alamos laser program. At Los Alamos, he was Associate Director for the Alliance for Photonic Technology facilitating peaceful applications of Lab technology, project leader for the laser effects program, and developed a well-regarded general theory for predicting pulsed laser pressure on surfaces in a vacuum. He formed Photonic Associates, LLC in Santa Fe in 1995 to further develop laser space propulsion. He invented the "ORION" and "L'ADROIT" concepts for laser space debris re-entry and collaborated with Christophe Bonnal of CNES to develop the Just-in-time Collison Avoidance concept. He is the author of 145 refereed scientific journal publications in optics, laser applications, and laser interaction theory and 158 international conference presentations. He originated and was chair of the High Power Laser Ablation(HPLA) conferences in Santa Fe from 1998 to 2022. He is the author or contributor to three books on laser interaction, plus a popular science book titled No Wonder you Wonder (Springer, 2016).

Prof. Ignatios Antoniadis, is a CNRS research director, at the "Centre de physique theorique" [Center for theoretic physics] of the Ecole Polytechnique. As from this year, he is a permanent member of the Theory Division of CERN in Geneva. His research has covered a vast area of theoretical physics of elementary particles, but he owes this silver medal especially to his work on the theory of supercords and to its phenomenological applications. This fascinating theory, which had already appeared in the seventies, postulates that the elementary components of matter are not point particles, but rather extended objects or "cords." Today, it offers the only hope of uniting the two great discoveries from the beginning of this century, namely general relativity and quantum mechanics. The work of the French team, in which Ignatios Antoniadis has played a very important role, concerns in particular the construction of theories of four-dimensional cords, and the possibility of testing them experimentally. The surprising consequences of these theories could lead to a modification in the gravitational forces over short distances, and even to the appearance of additional spatial dimensions on a microscopic scale. CNRS Silver Medal Winner for 2000 More than 10000 Citations in the Spires Database listed him in the all-time list of top-cited theoretical physics authors.

Prof. C. Julian Chen received a Ph.D. in Physics from Columbia University in 1985, and then joined the Department of Physical Sciences of IBM Watson Research Center. In 1993, he published Introduction to Scanning Tunneling Microscopy and received a National Outstanding Book Award from China in 1997. From 1993 to 2003 he joined the Department of Human Language Technology of IBM Research. In 1998 he received an Outstanding Innovation Award from IBM for inventing practical recognition technology for Chinese speech. From 2004 to 2006 he was a Guest Scientist at Hamburg University. In 2007 he joined the Department of Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics at Columbia University. Prof. Norma Susana Mankoc Borstnik was a full professor of Physics at the University of Ljubljana in 1986 and was, Founder and Director of Primorska Institute for Natural Sciences and Technology from 1999-to 2004. She was a visiting professor at Munchen, Trieste, Columbus, StonyBrook, Grenoble, and others and Lecturing: quantum mechanics, theoretical physics, Modern Physics, Classical Physics, and others. She was a mentor of 12 students and was an invited speaker at many international conferences. She worked on quantum mechanical problems in all fields of physics (nuclear physics, hadron physics, elementary particle physics, quantum computers), Her main success is her proposal of the Spin-Charge-Familytheory, the theory which is offering answers to all the open questions of the standard model of the elementary particle and fields, and so far also on many open questions of the Cosmology. Within this theory, she proposes a new way of the second quantization of fermions and bosons, bringing the explanation for Dirac's postulates of the second quantization of fields. She is devoting all her efforts to this project. This contribution of her is probably among the most important contributions to science if the experiments confirm her predictions. She was the co-organizer of several international conferences. Since 1998 she was the main organizer (one of three) of the annual international workshop ''What Comes Beyond the Models'' at Bled, this year will be the 25th workshop.

Prof. A. G. Ramm was born in USSR and immigrated to the USA in 1979. He is a US citizen, a professor of mathematics at KSU, and the author of more than 720 papers in mathematical and physical Journals, 20 monographs, and an editor of 3 books. His scientific interests include differential and integral equations, operator theory, mathematical physics, especially scattering theory and inverse problems, numerical analysis, especially methods for solving ill-posed problems, various problems of applied mathematics, and theoretical engineering. Professor A.G.Ramm was awarded many honors, including Fulbright Research Professorships in Israel and Ukraine, Mercator Professorship, NATO and DAAD professorships and grants, Khwarizmi international award, distinguished professorships in some countries, and distinguished lectureships of the London Mathematical Society and Hong Kong Mechanical society, and many other honors and awards. He gave invited plenary talks at many conferences throughout the world.

Prof. Ephraim Suhir is on the faculty of the Portland State University, Portland, OR, USA, Technical University, Vienna, Austria, and James Cook University, Queensland, Australia. He is also CEO of a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) ERS Co. in Los Altos, CA, USA, is a Foreign Full Member (Academician) of the National Academy of Engineering, Ukraine (he was born in that country); Life Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Society of Optical Engineers (SPIE), and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS); Fellow of the American Physical Society (APS), the Institute of Physics (IoP), UK, and the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE); and Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Ephraim has authored 450+ publications (patents, technical papers, book chapters, books), presented numerous keynote and invited talks worldwide, and received many professional awards, including the 1996 Bell Laboratories Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) Award (for developing effective methods for predicting the reliability of complex structures used in AT&T and Lucent Technologies products), and 2004 ASME Worcester Read Warner Medal (for outstanding contributions to the permanent literature of engineering and laying the foundation of a new discipline Structural Analysis of Electronic Systems). Ephraim is the third Russian American, after S. Timoshenko and I. Sikorsky, who received this prestigious award. His most recent awards are the 2019 IEEE Electronic Packaging Society (EPS) Field award for seminal contributions to mechanical reliability engineering and modeling of electronic and photonic packages and systems and the 2019 Int. Microelectronic Packaging Society (IMAPS) Lifetime Achievement Award for making an exceptional, visible, and sustained impact on the microelectronics packaging industry and technology.

Prof. Christopher Baddileyis a member of the international astronomical union, a fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, and a committee member of the Hereford and Worcester Institute of Physics. He is a recipient of the International Dark sky Association Galileo award and the BAA CFDs Joy Griffiths award. His first degree was at the University of Newcastle, then a doctorate at Imperial College London in the seventies on pioneering infrared astronomical instrumentation; then working at the Royal Observatory Edinburgh, and the University of Manchester astronomy department. Much of his career was on infrared cameras at the UK Ministry of Defence Royal Signals and Radar Establishment, which became QineitQ. This included the design of an experimental remote sensing infrared camera for a US research satellite. After retirement in 2006, his main project was the renovation of a house to green Energy Systems, continually monitoring; also building and running an observatory at the Malvern Hills area of outstanding natural beauty. He is well known for his voluntary work on light pollution, with continuous sky brightness records over eight years, to running an all sky camera, and doing statistical analysis and associated modeling of the effects of different types of lighting on the sky. He also runs his very popular astrophysics course including relativity and cosmology, voluntarily for the University of the Third Age.

Prof. Gianpaolo Bellini is a Professor emeritus at the University of Milan and INFN emeritus scientist; he covered various INFN tasks and roles up to Vice President; he has been a member of the CIVR physics committee and founder and director of the European network ISAPP for 11 years; he is member of various academies and societies. His major contributions, discoveries, laboratory results and awards are: 1) Full physics chapter on the coherent production of particles on nuclei - discovery of the first and second radial excitation of the pion (CERN and IHEP Serpukhov ); 2) first active target and micro-vertex with Si detectors: the best charmed mesons and baryons lifetimes in the 80's and 90's (CERN and Fermi lab); 3) design, construction and direction for 21 years of the Borexino experiment (Gran Sasso Laboratories): first measurement of all fusion reactions producing solar energy and observation of the oscillation in vacuum regime (international Bruno Pontecorvo (from Italy, Japan, USA and Canada, Russia) and Enrico Fermi awards; results classified among the 2014 and 2020 first 10 breakthroughs by IOP, celebratory stamp of the Italian post office), first experimental evidence of the nuclear fusion chain (CNO) dominating in the massive stars ( Giuseppe and Vanna Cocconi prize from EPS) 4) first validation over the full solar neutrino spectrum from a single experiment, i.e. Borexino alone, of the Large-Mixing-Angle, Mikheyev Smirnov-Wolfenstein (LMA-MSW) neutrino oscillation, with the measurements of the electron neutrino survival probability from vacuum to matter regime. He is the author of 250 scientific papers, editor of nine volumes on elementary particles, and author of popular science books.

Prof. Yang Yue received B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor at the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiao tong University, China. Dr. Yue's current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chips. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >9,000 citations, five edited books, two book chapters, >50 issued or pending patents, >170 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >20 plenaries, and >30 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE). He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and an Editor Board Member for three other scientific journals. Prof. Sabu Thomas is currently the Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He is a Professor at the International and Inter University Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology and a Full Professor of Polymer Science and Engineering at the School of Chemical Sciences of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. His ground-breaking research has covered the areas of polymer science and engineering, polymer nanocomposites, elastomers, polymer blends, interpenetrating polymer networks, polymer membranes, green composites and nanocomposites, nanomedicine and green nanotechnology. Prof. Thomas has received several national and international awards in recognition of his work, and recently received Honoris Causa (DSc) from the University of South Brittany, Lorient, France, in recognition of his contributions to polymer science and engineering. Prof. Thomas has published over 1400 peer-reviewed research papers, reviews, and book chapters. He has co-edited more than 183 books. Currently, he is having an H index of 127.

Prof. Vladimir G. Chigrinov is a Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, in 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is the author of 6 books, 31 reviews, and book chapters, about 322 journal papers, more than 677 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 38 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got the Excellent Research Award from the HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. Since 2018 he works as a Professor in the School of Physics and Optoelectronics Engineering at Foshan University, Foshan, China. 2020-2024 Vice President of Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI) Since 2021 distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Since March 2022 he is A Fellow of the National Academy of Technology for his contributions to Information Electrical and Electronic Research.

Dr. Daoud is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Technology Graz, Austria, with a Dipl-Ing degree (BS and MS) in Chemical Engineering and received his Ph.D. in flexible bilayer photovoltaic cells from the University of Sheffield, UK. Dr. Daoud's current research is mainly focused on the areas of energy harvesting and smart wearable technologies. His group is developing approaches for harvesting free or waste energy, such as light and kinetic energies. Being intermittent sources, it is equally important to finding storage solutions for this form of energy. Therefore, the group is interested in the modeling and design of compatible batteries. He has received international renown and several awards for his pioneering research on wearable solar and kinetic energy harvesting technologies. His research was featured in Nature (2004) and Science (2008) and broadcasted through interviews with major international media, such as Reuters (2014), BBC (2015) SCMP (2017), Physics World (2021), and PV Magazine (2022). He has been invited to present Plenary and Keynote lectures at international conferences and is currently serving as the Chief Editor of Wearable Electronics, Frontiers in Electronics, and Editorial/Advisory Board of the Journal of Power Sources Advances and Industrial Chemistry & Materials.

Professor, deputy director, and doctoral supervisor, Space optics research department I, Changchun Institute of Optics, fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained a doctor's degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003, mainly engaged in the research of payloads for spaceborne gravitational wave detection, from August 2018 to August 2019, as the deputy chief designer of the core measurement system, developed China's first technical experiment satellite for spaceborne gravitational wave detection - TAIJI-1, and verified the laser interferometry technology and inertial sensors in orbit. Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from the Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received a Ph.D. degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post-doctoral research scientist from 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as a research assistant, from 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became a professor in 1996, and he retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia at international and national levels as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker, or Poster presenter. He served as the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in the last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker, and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches at over 120 Virtual/Webinar Conferences, due to the coronavirus outbreak within three years of his retirement, in 2020 and 2022. Dr. Adiguzel served as his directorate of the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University from 1999-2004. He supervised 5 Ph.D. theses and 3 M. Sc theses. Dr. Areg Mickaelian was born on 22 June 1962 in Yerevan. In 1984, he graduated from YSU with a specialization in astrophysics. He started working at the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory in 1986. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1994 and was the Sci. Secretary of BAO in 1994-2001. At present, A. Mickaelian is the Head of the Armenian Virtual Observatory (ArVO) research group (since 2005), and a Leading Research Associate (since 2007). He is the founding President of ArAS (Co-President, since 2002). Since 2001 he has been lecturing at the YSU Physics Faculty, Chair of Astrophysics. Since 2002, he is the PI of the Digitized First Byurakan Survey (DFBS) project, since 2005-founding Project Manager of ArVO, since 2006 - founding Chair of the Byurakan International Summer Schools (BISS), since 2009 Sci. Secretary of Viktor Ambartsumian International Prize Steering Committee.

Dr. Nirmala Kandadai is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Oregon State State University. She completed her Ph.D. at The University of Texas at Austin in 2012 studying the interaction of high-intensity laser with molecular gas clusters After her Ph.D., she worked for a year as a postdoctoral fellow at The University of Texas at Austin working on improving the contrast of a Petawatt laser system and then 3 years as a Laser Scientist at National energetics. At National Energetics, she led her team in designing and building high-power ultrafast laser systems, including the front end of a 10 PW laser system for the European Union's Extreme Light Infrastructure Beamlines facility (ELI-Beamlines). She was in Boise as a Research Assistant Professor in 2016 and as a tenure track Assistant professor since 2019. She started the IEEE WIE Boise section in 2020 and was the chair of the IEEE WIE Boise section from 2020 -2022. She was awarded Idaho accomplished under 40 award in 2022 for her work in promoting young girls and women in STEM. She moved to Oregon State in 2022 as an Assistant Professor. At Oregon State she is the director of the fiber optics laser and integrated research lab (FLAIR), her current research work includes laser-matter interactions, sensors for extreme environments, infrared thermography, thermal conductivity, laser sintering, and plasma modeling. She is currently an IEEE senior member.

Vladimir Litvinenko is a Professor of Physics at Stony Brook University, where he serves as Director of the Center for Accelerator Science and Education and leads Ernest Courant Traineeship in Accelerator Science. He has a joint appointment at Brookhaven National Laboratory, where he led the Coherent electron cooling experiment at Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider. Litvinenko started his carrier at Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics in Novosibirsk, where he built and commissioned the world's first UV FEL. Starting from 1991, as a professor at Duke University he leads the design and commissioning of the Duke Storage ring, its FEL, and most importantly unique and record-performing High-Intensity γ-rat Source. His current interests include cooling of high energy hadron beams, ERL-based high-energy electron-positron, and electron-hardon colliders as well as high-performance plasma accelerators.

Raffaella Bonino is Associate Professor at the Department of Physics of the University of Torino. Since the beginning of her scientific activity, she has worked in the field of Astroparticle Physics, achieving excellent expertise in data processing of both ground-based (e.g. Pierre Auger Observatory) and space-based (e.g. Fermi-LAT and IXPE, Imaging X-Ray Polarimetry Explorer) astroparticle experiments. Her publication records include 196 peer-reviewed articles in high-ranked scientific journals. In IXPE, a NASA space mission for imaging and polarimetry measurements of X-ray photons, she is contributing to the optimization of a reconstruction algorithm based on Machine Learning techniques. She has also received two grants to set up a facility for the calibration of a new generation of polarization-sensitive X-ray detectors.

Prof. Modesto Montoya is a nuclear physicist and former president of the Peruvian Institute for Nuclear Energy in Lima, Peru. He is a former president and current member of the Peruvian Academy of Nuclear Sciences, former president of the Peruvian Physical Society, and a member of the Peruvian National Academy of Sciences.

Prof. Orchidea Maria Lecian graduated in Theoretical Physics at Sapienza University of Rome and ICRA- International Center for Relativistic Astrophysics in 2005 ad completed her International Relativistic Astrophysics Ph.D. at Sapienza University and ICRA. She was a post-doctoral Fellow at IHES (Bures-sur-Yvette, France), AEI-MPI (Potsdam-Golm, Germany), and the Sapienza University of Rome. She has taken part in intensive research programs at AEI-MPI (Potsdam-Golm, Germany) and The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences (Toronto, Canada). She has been a researcher for SAIA- NS'P (The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic-National Stipendium Program) as a Research grantee and Erasmus Lecturer at Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Department of Theoretical Physics and Physics Education- KTFDF. She has been an Assistant Professor at the Sapienza University of Rome and is a Professor at the Sapienza University of Rome. She is now Visiting Professor at Kursk State University, Chair of Algebra, Geometry, and Didactics of Mathematics Theory within the Programme Education in Russia for Foreign Nationals of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. She has contributed to national conferences and international conferences. She is a member of several Research Consortia. She is the author of research papers, conference papers, review papers, invited papers, and two books. She is a reviewer and editorial board member of several Journals.

Dr. Ciro D'Amico is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology of Jean Monnet University in Saint-Etienne, France. He studied Physics at Pisa University in Italy, where he obtained a Master's Degree in 2004. In 2007 he received a Ph.D. in Physics from Ecole Polytechnique, France. He works as a researcher in the Laser-Matter Interaction (ILM) group of Hubert CurienLaboratory (LabHC) in Saint-Erienne, France. His main fields of expertise are ultrafast laser processing of glasses for 3D micro/nano photonic applications and time-resolved spectroscopy and imaging. In 2012, he started a collaboration with the Institute of Planetology and Astrophysics of Grenoble (IPAG), working on ultrafast laser-written integrated compact photonic detectors (spectrometers, interferometers) in bulk glasses for applications in Astrophotonics.

Indrani Banerjee did her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and post-doctoral studies at S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences and the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science. Presently she is a faculty member at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, NIT Rourkela. She works on theoretical and observational aspects of black hole physics. Her research interest lies in discerning signatures of alternative gravity models from astrophysical and cosmological observations.

Dr. Wei Cheng received a Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Theoretical Chemistry, Jilin University, China in 1999. From 1999 to 2003, he was an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Low Energy Nuclear Physics, Beijing Normal University, China. In 2003, he joined the School of Nuclear Science and Technology, Beijing Normal University, China, as an Associate Professor. He visited Illinois State University and University of California Berkeley, US, as a research scientist. He participated in several programs at International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Italy. His research interests include molecular dynamics simulation and ab into calculation of defects in semiconductors.

Prof. M. De Cesare, Ph.D., is a Senior Researcher in Applied Physics at CIRA (Italian Aerospace Research Centre) and a Professor in Aerospace Physics Methodologies at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli". He is also PM&SEM in Novel Physics Methodologies for Aerospace Applications and an SEM in Airborne-gamma measurements for Natural and Anthropogenic Environmental Monitoring. His principal applications are based on the development of novel technologies for material and plasma applications in the re-entry vehicle phases. The Diagnostic Methodologies and Measurement Techniques Division at CIRA tests innovative structures for space re-entry vehicles and sustained hypersonic flight and for aeronautical subjected to high thermal gradients. It develops and perfects advanced experimental methods and tools: IR-thermography technique, Spectroscopy, Laser, and Ion Beam Analysis applications. The laboratory carries out its tests in two large CIRA facilities, the SCIROCCO and GHIBLI plasma wind tunnels, which simulate the extreme conditions encountered during space re-entries and hypersonic flight. This allows the laboratory to validate newly developed design methods and to study very advanced TPS material.

Francisco Rivas Garcia obtained a degree in Physics from the University of Granada in 2014. He later completed his doctoral thesis at the Institute of Space Sciences of Catalonia on the LISA Pathfinder mission. Specifically, as a member of the mission's scientific team, he worked on the analysis of several experiments carried out during that mission, especially thermal experiments. After finishing his doctorate in 2019, he did a post-doctorate at the Physics department of the University of Trento. In this period, he carried out experimental activities to test subsystems of LISA using the torsion pendulum of the experimental gravitation group. Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Quantitative Methods at Universidad Loyola Andalucia.

A technologist at INFN in Pisa and Engineer in Electronics by training, he has more than 20 years of experience in the design of X-ray and Gamma-Ray detector systems. He acted as the lead Electronic System Engineer for the IXPE Detector Units, for which he designed the back-end electronics and the data flow, both at the hardware and the middleware level.

Dr. Karim RAGUI is a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He graduated and worked as Associate Professor at USTHB University, Algeria, and ENS-Paris-Saclay University, France (2015-2021). His research focuses on supercritical fluids for green energy applications, heat &mass transfer, multiscale porous matrix, and nanotechnology. He won several Certificates of Excellence from Elsevier Researcher Academy(2018-2019) and Nature M-Class (2022). He is currently an Editor-in-Board Member in SN Applied Sciences Journal (Springer Nature), and Guess Editor in MATEC Journal, EDP-Sciences, Materials of FDMP, and Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing. He published some innovative models on heat and mass coefficients for hazardous contaminants in the porous annulus (IJHMT, 2018), flow-pattern & non-settling charts on nanoparticles/base-fluid instability for field-scale applications (Physics of Fluids, 2021), and a transient model on dynamic of supercritical CO2saturationin microchips for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) applications. He accomplished 02 book chapters and more than 35 papers in reputed journals.

El Gheteb Soueidi received a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics, from the Moulay Ismail University, Meknes, Morocco (2012), an M.Sc. degree in Stochastic Analysis from the University of Tunis El Manar, Tunis, Tunisia (2014), and his Ph.D. from Tunisia Polytechnic School, Tunis, Tunisia (2020). He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies of Nouakchott, University of Nouakchott Al-aasriya, Nouakchott, Mauritania. His research is situated in the field of Quantum Probability, with a special focus on quantum Markov chains and fields over C *-algebras and more generally over *-algebras.

Fabiano Feleppa graduated in Physics from the University of Trieste (Italy) and he is now affiliated with Utrecht University (Netherlands). He recently started working on astrophysical applications of structured light fields. Indeed, even though the orbital angular momentum of the electromagnetic field has been studied for more than a century starting from the works of Maxwell, Poynting and Abraham, in more recent years it has been realized that this property of light can carry much more information than commonly believed. In particular, Feleppa's current research focuses on observing and understanding the nature and properties of black holes, starting from their observed twisted light. Very recently, together with his collaborators, he received an "Honorable Mention" in the Gravity Research Foundation Essay Competition, 2021.

Rami Ahmad El-Nabulsi holds a Ph.D. in Particle Physics, Mathematical Physics, and Modeling from Provence University (currently Aix-Marseille University), France, and a diploma of advanced studies in Plasma Physics and Radiation Astrophysics from the same institution. He worked with different worldwide research departments in the UK, South Korea, China, Greece, Thailand, India, etc. and he is currently affiliated with Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He is the author of more than 315 peer-reviewed papers in peer-refereed reputed journals and a reviewer for more than 125 scientific journals. His research ranges from applied mathematics to theoretical physics including nonlinear dynamical systems, space and astrophysics, general relativity, geometrical and algebraic physics, physics and chemistry of solids, plasma MHD, neutronics and nuclear reactors, superconductivity, and magnetic materials among others.

Long You received a B.Sc. degree in mechanics engineering from Jilin University, Changchun, China, and an M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, and then obtained a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan. He is currently a Professor at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He did research in RIKEN, Japan, Spintec, France, and UC Berkeley, USA. His research mainly focuses on Spintronics devices. He published over 60 scientific papers and holds over 20 patents.

Dr. Bablu K. Ghosh received his Doctor of Engineering (DE) from Fukui University, Japan in the Graduate School of Engineering in 2004 under MONBUSHO Scholarship. Currently, he is working in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering program under the Faculty of Engineering at the University Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia as a senior lecturer. His research area is solar PV materials, photodetectors, nano, and optoelectronics. For higher optoelectric gain in post-moore Si device purpose hetero-junction (HJ) or hybrid HJ (HHJ) for photo device design is the interest of research. Transparent semiconductors for contact interface and active materials interface design are a key interest for greater transparency and carrier conduction at lower heat conductivity. He is the author of sixty peer-reviewed impact journals and proceedings. He also attended several conferences in the USA, Japan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, France, and the UK for his work presented as an invited speaker. Before joining UMS, he has been working as a research engineer in Bangladesh's technical service cadre for 10 years. Earlier he has also served in Bangladesh atomic energy commission as a scientific officer and telecom Engineer in Bangladesh Rural Telecom Authority for 03 years. Based on his outstanding educational background, research accomplishments, and professional reputation he has been nominated senior member of IEEE, membership of IET, and C.Eng from the UK.

Prof. Pralay Kumar Karmakar completed his Ph.D. at the Centre of Plasma Physics - Institute for Plasma Research (CPP-IPR), Guwahati, India. The award was conferred by Gauhati University, India. He joined the Tezpur University of India as an Assistant Professor in its Department of Physics. He is interested in diversified emerging research areas, such as Astrophysical plasmas, cosmic fluid dynamics, Stability analyses of complex media, Nonlinear dynamics, etc. Six scholars have earned Ph.D. degrees under him. He has very good publications in different reputed journals, books, etc. He has been serving as an editorial board member in several globally reputed scientific journals for a couple of years.

Jacob Oloketuyi earned his Ph.D. in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Yunnan Observatories of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Kunming, China. His research interests include solar flares, sunspots, coronal mass ejections, and solar wind. Jacob enjoys imparting knowledge in astronomy and astrophysics. His interest in space science began when he was a university Physics and Electronics undergraduate student. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Physics of Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology in Ikere-Ekiti, (BOUESTI) Nigeria. Jacob is also a member of many local and international scientific communities.
