Dieter Bimberg received the Ph.D. magna cum laude from Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany. He held for 7 years a Principal Scientist position at the Max Planck-Institute for Solid State Research, Grenoble, France. After serving as a Professor of electrical engineering, Technical University of Aachen, Germany, he assumed the Chair of Applied Solid-State Physics at Technical University of Berlin. He is the Founding Director of its Center of NanoPhotonics. He was holding guest professorships at the Technion, Haifa, U.C. Santa Barbara, CA, USA, and at Hewlett- Packard in Palo Alto, CA. He was Distinguished Adjunct Professor at KAU, Jeddah 2012-2018. In 2018 he assumed the directorship of the "Bimberg Chinese German Center for Green Photonics" at the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, the EU Academy of Sciences, a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the US Academies of Engineering and of Inventors, Fellow of the Chinese Optical Society, a Life Fellow of the American Physical Society the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, IEEE, a Fellow of the Chinese Optical Society, a Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association and a honorary member of the Ioffe Institute of the RAS. He is recipient of many important international awards, like the UNESCO Nanoscience Award, the Max-Born Award and Medal of IoP and DPG, the Heinrich-Welker-Award, the Nick Holonyak Jr. Award, the Oyo Buturi and MOC Awards of the Japanese Society of Applied Physics, the Jun-Ichi Nishizawa Medal and Award of IEEE, the Stern-Gerlach Award of DPG (the highest German physics award), to mention a few. He received honorary doctorates of the University of Lancaster, UK, and the St. Petersburg Alferov University of the Russian Academy of Sciences.He has authored more than 1600 papers, 71 patents and patent applications, and six books. The number of times his research works has been cited exceeds 67,000 and his Hirsch factor is 113 (@ Google Scholar). His research interests include physics and technology of nanostructures, nanostructure based photonic and electronic devices, and energy efficient data communication.

Kenji Uchino, the pioneer in "piezoelectric actuators", was Director of International Center for Actuators and Transducers, and is currently Professor Emeritus of EE at The Pennsylvania State University. He was President of Micromechatronics, PA and also Navy Ambassador to Japanfrom US Office of Naval Research. Uchino received Ph. D. degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, then became Research Associate at this university (1976). He joined Sophia University, Japan as Associate Professor (1985), then was recruited from The Penn State in 1991. Uchino is a Life Fellow of American Ceramic Society and IEEE, and also a recipient of 34 awards, includingDistinguished Lecturer of the IEEE UFFC Society, International Ceramic Award from Global Academy of Ceramics, IEEE-UFFC Ferroelectrics Recognition Award. Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. Alexander G. Ramm was born in Russia, emigrated to USA in 1979 and is a US citizen. He is Professor Emeritus of Mathematics with broad interests in analysis, scattering theory, inverse problems, theoretical physics, engineering, signal estimation, tomography, theoretical numerical analysis and applied mathematics. He is an author of 718 research papers, 20 research monographs and an editor of 3 books. He has lectured at many Universities throughout the world, gave more than 150 invited and plenary talks at various Conferences and had supervised 11 Ph.D students. He was Fulbright Research Professor in Israel and Ukraine; distinguished visiting professor in Mexico and Egypt; Mercator Professor in Germany; Research Professor in France; invited plenary speaker at the 7-th PACOM; he won Khwarizmi international award in 2004 and received other honors. A.G.Ramm was the first to prove uniqueness of the solution to inverse scattering problems with fixed-energy scattering data; the first to prove uniqueness of the solution to inverse scattering problems with non-over-determined scattering data and the first to study inverse scattering problems with under-determined scattering data. He studied inverse scattering problems for potential scattering and for scattering by obstacles. He solved many specific inverse problems and developed new methods and ideas in the area of inverse scattering problems. He introduced the notion of Property C for a pair of differential operators and applied Property C for one-dimensional and multi-dimensional inverse scattering problems.

Fawang Liu is a Professor in the Applied and computational mathematics at Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He received his PhD from Trinity College, Ireland in 1991. Since graduation, he has worked at Fuzhou University, Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, Xiamen University, University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology. Professor Liu is an international recognized expert and a leading researcher in the field of numerical methods and theoretical analysis for fractional dynamical systems. Vasudevanpillai Biju is a Professor at the Research Institute for Electronic Science and Graduate School of Environmental Science at Hokkaido University. Professor Chu received his Ph.D. from the Department of Materials Science & Engineering at National Tsing-Hua University in 2004. Then, he joined the University of California, Berkeley, as a postdoc. In 2008, he acquired an assistant professorship in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering at National Chiao Tung University. He was promoted to associate professor in 2015 and then to professor in 2018. In 2019, he was appointed as a distinguished professor. Federico Carpi is an Associate Professor in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florence. His main research interest concerns smart material-based biomedical and bioinspired mechatronic devices. From 2013 to 2017 he has served as the first President of the 'European Society on Electromechanically Active Polymer Transducers and Artificial Muscles' Since 2019,he is included in the ranking of the top 100,000 most influential scientists according to standardized citation metrics (source: PLoS Biology). Prof. Sabu Thomas is currently the Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. Associate Professor Rainer Martini is an Associate Professor of Physics, and Associate Dean for Graduate Studies in the Schaefer School of Engineering and Sciences. Dr. Martini is recognized as one of the pioneer and leading experts in mid- and far-infrared technology and its application in the area of communication, spectroscopy, and imaging. He leads the Ultrafast Laser Spectroscopy and Communications Laboratory, which focuses on the development of novel optical modulation schemes and their implementation in real world application. His research accomplishments include the first demonstration of the coherent amplification of short pulse THz radiation, establishing the first stable mid-infrared free-space optical link, the fastest MIR communication link, and a novel broadband imaging process allowing visualization of radiation ranging from 400nm (UV) to the millimeter wave region (100 GHz). His actual research includes also a new non-resonant optical modulation scheme for lasers in the mid- and near- infrared spectral region with the potential of increasing the communication bandwidth drastically. Dr. Mehdi Anwar currently serves as a Full Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department. He is the Director of the NSF funded Industry University Cooperative Research Center. He has also served as the Associate Dean for Research & Graduate Education of the School of Engineering, University of Connecticut from June 2006 till May 2009. He served as the founding Director of the Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence from June 2007 till May 2009. Dr. Anwar's team pioneered noise measurement in metamorphic antimony-based-compound-semiconductor (ABCS) HEMTs with quaternary buffer/barrier and ternary. His design launched AFRL to develop the first metamorphic HEMTs with an fT around 200FGHz and Fmin of 0.82dB at 15GHz, using a 0.15 micron gate. He also predicted the inability for the channel to be pinched-off for wide quantum well devices. He has presented over 15 plenary and invited talks at national/international conferences, offered tutorials on nanosensors at Optics East, published over 170 archival journal publications and conference proceedings, co-authored three book chapters and served as principal investigator or co-principal investigator on more than $4.4 million in research grants and contracts.

Dr. Aleksandr Nikitin is an independent researcher based in Germany. He has published research on various topics, including the fundamental connection between the Planck and Hubble constants. Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. Prof. Ashok Chatterjee received his Ph.D. degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India in 1988. He worked as a Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow at S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, Kolkata, for about a year and a half, and then joined the University of Hyderabad, India as a Lecturer in 1990, where he became a Senior Professor in 2018. He has recently joined GITAM University, Hyderabad, India as a Distinguished Professor. Presently he is working on Phase transitions in correlated electron systems, Luttinger liquid, polarons and bipolarons, high Tc-superconductivity, low-dimensional systems, spintronics and topological systems. He received the Satya Murthy Award of Indian Physics Association for his contributions to large-N expansion and its applications to solid -state physics. He has visited several places for scientific collaboration. To mention a few, he visited ISSP, University of Tokyo, Japan, for one year as a Foreign Research Fellow under the Centre of Excellence programme of Japan, Max-Planck Institute for Physics of Complex Systems, Dresden, Germany as a Guest Scientist, Bilkent University as a Visiting Professor for two years and the University of Alberta, Edmonton as a Visiting Professor. He has about 180 publications to his credit and has been serving as a member of the Editorial Board of many journals. He has also figured in the list of top 2% scientists in the world according to the Stanford survey for the last three years.

Dr. Tomohiro Matsui is a principal researcher at Advanced Research Laboratory, Anritsu corporation, since 2020. His current research topic is the development of graphene nanoscale devices. Recently, he is interested in the graphene enhanced Raman scattering, thermo-electric devices and gas/bio sensors made from nano-structured graphene. Before moving to Anritsu, he had been worked as an assistant professor at Department of Physics, the University of Tokyo. He had also belonged to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST, USA) as a visiting researcher, University of Hamburg (Germany) and the Institute for Solid State Physics (ISSP), the University of Tokyo as a post-doctoral researcher. Dr. GuohuaXie obtained his Ph.D. degree from Jilin University (China) in 2011, working on OLED microdisplays. Hefei Huang, Professor. In 2012, he graduated from Universite de Rouen in France and obtained a PhD in Science. In the same year, he joined the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently serving asdirector of the Materials Research Department. In recent years, he has been carried out around the irradiation damage mechanism research and performance optimization development of structural materials for molten salt reactor,and 118 academic papers have been published in professional academic journals in the field of nuclear materials, including JMST (4), Corros Sci (11), Scripta Mater (2),MSEA (5), Mater Design (3), JNM (25) and many other relevant papers with field influence. 42 invitations/oral presentations at conferences such as the International Atomic Energy Agency and the International Fourth Generation Reactor Forum. He led 14 scientific research and talent related projects.

Professor Yinlian Zhu obtained her Ph.D in 2005 from Institute of Metal Research(IMR), Chinese Academy of Sciences. She worked as visiting scholar in Max-Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics in Halle, Germany in 2006-2007. She worked as professor in IMR from September 2011 to March 2022. Currently she is professor in Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, Dongguan, China. Dr. Zhu's research interest focuses on design, growth and the relationship of structure and property in ferroelectric topologies, ferroic heterointerfaces and oxide superlattices. She has authored and co-authored nearly 200 papers in scientific journals including Science, Nature Materials, Nature Communications and Advanced Materials as first author or corresponding author. Prof. Zhu has given invited talks and serves as organizer ofsymposium in distinguished international congresses in microscopy society.

Dr. Gunnar Suchaneck was Senior Researcher and Chief Assistant of the Solid State Electronics Laboratory at TU Dresden. He received his Ph.D. in physico-mathematical sciences from the Electrotechnical University - LETI, St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1983. Dr. Suchaneck has been retired since March 2021 but continues to work on a part-time basis. His current research interests include solid state sensor technology: ferroelectric thin film materials, metal oxide thin films, thin film deposition by reactive sputtering and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, characterization of thin films by optical and electrical measurements. He has coauthored more than 280 technical publications in books, scientific journals, and conference proceedings, and has coauthored 15 patents.

Prof. Ting-ping Houis a professor in Wuhan University of Science and Technology. Shereceivedher Ph.D degree at WuhanUniversity of Science and Technology in 2012 (supervisor: Pro. Kaiming Wu). Sheperformed post-doctoral research at the University of Cambridge from 2014 to 2015 (Supervisor: Pro. H.K.D.H Bhadeshia). She has been a visiting scholar at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation and the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.Her main research interests are phase transformation and microstructure characterization on advanced steels. In the past few years, she has worked mainly on Fe-based magnetic materials, nano materials, exploring and developing low activation steels for toroidal magnetically confined ions in Tokamak devices and focusing on high magnetic field induced effects.Meanwhile, She has also performed a theoretical investigation of magnetism and magnetostriction in alloy magnets based on molecular-field theory and density functional theory. Up to now, She have published more than 80 scientific papers.

Dr. Zouheir Bitar is an esteemed researcher and assistant professor in the field of materials science and nanomaterials at Beirut Arab University. With a passion for exploring the properties and applications of nanomaterials, Zouheir Bitar has made significant contributions to the field, including the publication of numerous research articles in prestigious international journals. He earned his PhD in Physics then he embarked on a successful career in academia, joining the faculty at Beirut Arab University as an assistant professor. His dedication to advancing the field of materials science and nanomaterials has been demonstrated through his prolific research output. Dr. Fuxiang Zhang is now a professor at Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, China. He received his Ph.D in condensed-matter of physics from Institute of Physics, CAS in 1995. He is a material scientist and his research covers a broad spectrum of material physics, including defects, phase transformation, crystallography and extreme conditions. He has spent over 20 years working at National Institute for Materials (NIMS, Japan), Max-Planck Institute for Solid State Research (Germany), the University of Michigan and Oak Ridge National Laboratory before he joined the current institution. He now focuses on revealing the structure-property relationship of advanced alloys and ceramics.

His expertise are soft matter, condensed matter, biophysics and material sciences with large experience on scattering methods, experimental and theoretical developments. Pao An Lin is currently an associate professor with Faculty and Department of Physics, Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, Guangdong, China. He received his BS degree in physics from National Tsing Hua University and his MS and PhD degrees in physics from National Tsing Hua University ,Taiwan in 1997, 1999, and 2006, respectively. He was an instructor at the Department of Physics, National Tsing Hua University, in 2004, and severed as a post-doctor in academia sinica, Taiwan during 2006-2012. He also joints department of physics at UIUC as a visitor scholar in 2009.He served as a Researcher at Center for Measurement Standards, ITRI in the duration of 2014 ~2017. His academic interests focus on condensed matter physics, especially on multiferroics, and spintronics.

Nakasi Maria Anna graduated in 2019 from the Faculty of Geology and Geoenvironment at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In March 2023, finished the master's degree in Earth and environmental sciences in the field of climate change and effects on the environment, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Nakasi Maria Anna specializes in the subject of Paleontology and Paleoclimatology by studying stable isotopes of Oxygen and carbon at the Institute of Nanosciences and Nanotechnology (INN) of NCSR "Demokritos", in the Stable Isotope laboratory. The Postgraduate thesis was Isotopic study of pygmy hippopotamus bones from Ayia Napa Cyprus with an emphasis on paleoclimate and its comparison with today's climate. In October 2022 Nakasi Maria Anna achieved the Certificate 'Best Young Scientist Poster Award' at the 16th International Congress Of the Geological Society of Greece.

Dr. Zhang, is currently an associate professor of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) with general research interests in the preparation crafts and novel properties as well as the artificial modulation of quantum materials single crystals and thin films with topological magnetic and electronic structures. Before joining HIT in May 2020, he was an associated researcher at the Max Planck-POSTECH center for complex phase materials of Pohang University of Science and Technology, Korea and a visit scientist of the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids, Germany. Dr. Zhang received his Ph.D, MS and BS from HIT. He has reported a series of emergent results about the iridates and other novel compounds. He has been awarded the Scientist award by the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM, 2023) and is a lifetime fellow of IAAM. Sukjong Bae is the technical leader of next generation material R&D part in Samsung Electronics (Semiconductor R&D Center, Mask Development Team) where he has worked since 2005. His research focuses on the EUV mask fabrication process using electron beam system and high power laser system. He received M.S degree Physical Chemistry (2005) and B.S Chemical Engineering (2003) from Hanyang University (Seoul, Korea). He was a visiting researcher at the Dept. of Chemistry, KU Leuven (Belgium) in 2020-2021. His research achievement has been published several patents and papers which impact on the industry technology.

DR Guangyu Zhu is a scientific researcher. He got his PHD degree in the University of Liverpool in UK. Now he is a lecturer in School of Electronic Information and Electric Engeering, Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences in China. His theoretical research interest include DFT method and Spontaneous Symmetry Breaking. His experimental research interest include photonics and ultrafast laser technology. He like to share knowledge with students and young scientists. Presently, he is concentrating on practical technologies and is looking for collabrators in pioneering R&D works. He was Assistant Professor from 2018 to 2020, at Uttaranchal University Department of Chemistry, Dehradun, (Uttarakhand). Since April 2022, Israa Medlej has been admitted as a Postdoctoral Researcher for High-Level Foreign Talents (Category A) at the Southern University of Science and Technology, China. She received her Ph.D. in Physics (Grade 1-So Honorable) in 2019 from Messina University, Italy, in collaboration with the Lebanese University. For her Ph.D. studies, she also received a scholarship sponsored by the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain (Erasmus + International Credit mobility Student [KA 107]). Her fundamental expertise includes magnetism, spintronics, magnons, and the implementation of experimental techniques for the characterization of magnetic microparticles. She also received a scholarship in 2016 sponsored by the University of Lorraine, Saint Avold (France), to do her internship of master's 2 in Condensed Matter Physics. She got the Best Oral Presentation in France and the Best Poster Award at the Conference of the Italian Magnetism Association Magnet 2019. Besides, she has been serving on an editorial board of repute. Furthermore, she was a member of the local organizing committee: i) The annual meeting of the IEEE Italy chapter in June 2018 (30 participants) and (ii) the 6th Italian conference on Magnetism (120 participants), from January 30 to February 1, 2019, conference promoted by the Italian Magnetism Society (http://magnet2019.unime.it/). She has published in international reviewed journals. She has reviewed papers in reputed journals.

Ph.D. candidate in Chemistry and Processing at the University of Malaya in Malaysia. My research experience is focused on the development of advanced materials for energy storage and conversion devices, with a particular emphasis on Supercapacitors, fuel cells, and Torrefaction. I have published five high-impact articles in peer-reviewed journals, which have been widely recognized and cited in the field. Moreover, I have worked on Supercapacitors, Fuel cells, and Torrefaction in various industry settings, which has provided me with valuable insight into practical applications. I have also collaborated with industry partners to develop and optimize new materials for use in energy storage and conversion devices. I possess proficiency in various characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction, XPS, calorific value, impedance, cyclic voltammetry, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. My research work includes developing new electrode materials for energy storage devices that exhibit high capacitance, good rate capability, and excellent cycling stability. Additionally, I have investigated the properties of biomass torrefaction products for use in SOFC and power generation, analyzing their suitability for use in industrial applications.

Pei-Nian Liu obtained his Ph.D. in 2004 from the Chemistry Department at Lanzhou University. He then worked for four years as a Research Associate in the Chemistry Department at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He joined East China University of Science and Technology as Associate Professor in 2008, and was promoted to Professor in 2012. He was appointed Eastern Scholar Distinguished Professor in 2015 and was granted the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2019. His research interests include on-surface organic reactions investigated by UHV-STM and catalytic organic reactions in solution.

Dr. Iskandar Shahrim Bin Mustafa carrying out research began in 2005 as a graduate research assistant at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The group of researchers I worked with investigated the effect of polymer crosslinker on mechanical and morphological properties of tropical wood material composites funded by the university. My role in this group was twofold. Originally, I was largely responsible for fabricating wood polymer composites. As my time in the group progressed, I took on more responsibilities in the realm of measuring and analyzing tested samples. My role in this capacity was to view test samples under a Scanning Electron Microscope and take note of the high conversion of the impregnated monomer mixture to polymer for wood which was found in both the cell wall and vessels of the wood. Furthermore, I performed an assessment on the interaction between wood, MMA and HMDIC using FTIR. Lastly, I was responsible for setting up and testing based on the dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (Young’s modulus, loss tangent, storage modulus, modulus of elasticity -MOE and modulus of rupture - MOR).

Mashael M. Altaiary, Ph.D. is an assistant professor in the Department of Physics at University of Jeddah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (UJ). She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Physics at University of California, Riverside in 2022; and received her M.S. in 2016. Her research focused on studying the optical properties of 2D materials, including graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, boron nitride and their heterostructures, by means of frequency- and time-resolved optical spectroscopy. She is also expanding her research towards investigation of ultrafast dynamics in van der Waals heterostructures. She is an expert in fabricating ultraclean 2D heterostructure devices using a state-of-the-art transfer microscope. Dr. Altaiary operated a state-of-the-art ultrafast laser system, built a sophisticated optical pump-probe setup. Her current research interest includes quantum materials, energy stored materials, photonics and optoelectronics, ultrafast spectroscopy.

Zhenbo Zhu, Research Assistant Professor. He received his Ph. D degrees in Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2022. His research interests in irradiation effect, molten salt corrosion on nickel-based alloy for TMSR.

Saadiya Benatmane received the Engineering degree in electronic in 2008 and the Magister degree in Physics (Materials Sciences) in 2011 from the University of Mostaganem (Algeria), abdel hamid iben badis. In 2018, he obtained the PhD degree at the Faculty of Sciences from University of Sidi Bel Abbes Djilali Liabes., and she was promoted to the rank of qualified lecturerin 2020. She has been teaching at the University of Mostaganem abdel hamid ibn badis-Algeria since 2014 until now. In addition, she was member of a laboratory of Modelling and Simulation in Materials Science, Djillali Liabes University of Sidi Bel-Abbes, 22000, Sidi Bel-Abbes, Algeria (LMSMS), since 2011 till now. She has more than 11 published papers in internationals scientific journals. His main scientific work is focused on the mechanical, magnetic, optoelectronic, thermodynamic and thermoelectric properties of the crystalline materials using the density functional theory (DFT) as implemented in some computer packages.

Hasan Aydin has completed his Ph.D. at the age of 24 years from Hacettepe University-Ankara/TURKEY and postdoctoral studies from Diskapi research hospital-Ankara/TURKEY. He is still working in the same hospital as an Associate Professor at radiology department and Director of MRI unit. He has published more than 25 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member and /or reviewer of repute.
