Dame Barbara Stocking is Chair of a Panel for a Global Public Health Convention. She is President Emerita of Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge, having been in post from July 2013 to August 2021. In March 2015, she was appointed Chair of the Independent Panel of Experts to assess WHO’s response in the Ebola outbreak. The report was published in July 2015. From May 2001 to February 2013 Barbara was Chief Executive of Oxfam GB and before that, a member of the top management team of the NHS, as regional director for the South East of England, and then as the founding Director of the NHS Modernisation Agency.

Dr. Zamira Hyseni Duraku is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Prishtina, Kosovo. She is a dedicated researcher with a strong focus on mental health among youth, particularly in higher education settings. Through her research, she concentrates on identifying the barriers faced by young people, the impact of stigma, and promotes the need for evidence-based practices, comprehensive support systems, and a holistic approach to learning within the education systems. Dr. Duraku has received the University of Prishtina Award for Outstanding Research Achievements twice, in 2021 and 2024, recognizing her work in promoting scientific research and its impact on the international stage. Besides her academic and research work, she leads support programs for students in the Department of Psychology at the University of Prishtina.

Luke Slawomirski is a health economist, policy expert and former clinician with international experience in health system strategy, performance, policy development and implementation. He is a visiting lecturer at Imperial College London. He has worked at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), as well as Commonwealth and State Health Departments in Australia, and is currently completing a PhD at the Menzies Institute for Medical Research, University of Tasmania.

I Nisarg Mehta, a doctoral student specializing in Air Protection at Poland's Silesian University of Technology, possess a strong academic background. I hold a master's degree in environmental engineering from Marwadi University and a postgraduate diploma in environmental law and policy from India's National Law University, New Delhi. My passion for education has led me to serve as a visiting professor at various colleges and as an assistant professor at the esteemed Shri Labhubhai Trivedi Institute of Engineering and Technology. Beyond academia, I am deeply committed to educational initiatives, exemplified by my role as a trustee of the Shri N.R. Mehta Education and Charitable Trust. My academic pursuits are underpinned by a wide range of research interests, encompassing critical environmental topics. I'm dedicated to understanding and addressing issues related to natural treatment systems, constructed wetlands, sustainable development, water and wastewater treatment, indoor air quality, and settled dust particles. Over the course of my career, I've authored 12 research publications in reputable journals and conferences, exploring subjects such as bioaerosols in laboratories, indoor microplastics, and the properties of aging biochar. I've also delved into pressing environmental concerns like nutrient removal from synthetic wastewater and the impact of the Indian Color Festival on air quality. My body of work and unwavering commitment to environmental issues have positioned me as a notable figure in the field. I look forward to sharing my insights and expertise to further the dialogue on environmental topics at our upcoming conference.

Ms Rana Kurdi is a lecturer at the department of Public Health at Qatar University. Ms Rana holds a Bsc degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and a Master’s degree in Public Health (Concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics) From The American University of Beirut. She worked in laboratory, clinical, and Public health research as well as in teaching Epidemiology and Biostatistics courses to undergraduate students in Lebanon, UAE and Qatar. She also worked as students’ advisor and program coordinator. Her publications are mainly focused on chronic diseases.

Professor Avci was born in Rize. She earned a Master’s and Doctorate Degrees in Public Health Nursing, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a nursing diploma from Ataturk University (Erzurum, TR). She is a Professor at the Ondokuz Mayis University Faculty of Health Sciences, Division of Nursing, Samsun, Turkey. Also, She is head of Public Health Nursing Department and Chair of Nursing Division still. Her background includes more than 26 years of experience as an educator and clinician in all settings in which care is provided.   She taken part as a project coordinator at two European Union Projects, as a national coordinator at five Erasmus + projects, as a coordinator at ten national scientific project, and a coordinator at TUBITAK (National Scientific and Technological Research Council). Also she managed some social responsibility projects (dealt with determine of disadvantages groups social needs, increase of immigrants’ social welfare, health promotion of disadvantages groups, etc.).   Author has of over 127peer-review manuscripts.  She is the author of 3 books and book chapters, including Infection diseases and nursing and public health nursing. She given a lot of conference, especially nursing research, methodology, methods to our citing rate increasing, cancer early detection, migration and health care, project management, international partnership.
