Biography
Dr. Taleb Salima, professor in human nutrition at Echahid Cheikh Larbi Tebessi Tebessa University. After obtaining a state engineer diploma in agro-food industries, she obtained a master's degree in applied nutrition in 2002. Taleb Salima joined the applied biology department of the Echahid Cheikh Larbi Tebessi University in Tebessa (Algeria) in 2004. In 2011, she obtained a doctorate in human nutrition from the University of Constantine 1, Algeria. She obtained her university habilitation in 2014. In 2020 she obtained the title of professor in human nutrition. His main interests are in obesity in children, its risk factors, consequences and treatment. She is also interested in the relationship between the consumption of sugary drinks and obesity, the nutritional status of cancer patients, obesity in adults, diabesity, the impact of pathologies during pregnancy on health mother and newborn, polycystic ovary syndrome and obesity.... She is currently working on the detection threshold of fatty taste and obesity.
